Employee Guide — What You Can Do in MyHR Nest

This Guide Is for Employees

If your company uses MyHR Nest, you have access to your own personal HR workspace. This guide explains everything you — as an employee — can do in the app, without needing to contact HR for routine requests.

App login: app.myhrnest.com → use your work email address → first time: click 'Forgot Password' to set your password

Your First Login

  1. Go to app.myhrnest.com
  2. Enter your work email address (the one your HR team registered for you)
  3. Click Forgot Password to set your first password
  4. Check your email for the password reset link
  5. Set a password and log in
⚠️ If you don't receive the reset email within 5 minutes, check your Spam folder. If still not received, ask your HR Manager to verify your email address in the system.

What You Can Do as an Employee

📅 Apply for Leave

No more paper slips or WhatsApp messages. Apply for leave directly in the app:

  1. Go to Leave → Apply for Leave
  2. Select your leave type: Annual, Sick, Emergency, or Maternity
  3. Select start and end dates
  4. Add a reason (optional for annual leave, recommended for sick/emergency)
  5. Click Submit
  6. Your HR Manager will receive a notification and approve or decline
  7. You receive a notification when your leave is approved

📊 Check Your Leave Balance

See how many days you have left — anytime, without asking HR:

  1. Go to Leave → My Leave Balance
  2. You will see your current balance for each leave type

Maternity Leave98 days (female employees)

Note: Your actual balance depends on your company's leave policy. Contact your HR Manager if you think your balance is incorrect.

📍 Clock In and Clock Out (GPS Attendance)

If your company uses GPS attendance, you clock in and out from your phone:

  1. Open app.myhrnest.com on your phone browser
  2. You must be physically at the office (within the GPS geofence)
  3. Go to Attendance → Clock In
  4. Click Clock In — the system records your time and location
  5. At end of day, go to Attendance → Clock Out
⚠️ You MUST be physically within the office GPS zone to clock in. If you are working from home or at a client site, inform your HR Manager — they can record your attendance manually.

📋 View Your Attendance History

  1. Go to Attendance → My Attendance
  2. See your clock-in and clock-out times for each day
  3. Late arrivals are shown in orange
  4. Absences without leave approval are shown in red

💰 View Your Payslip

After your company runs monthly payroll, your payslip is available in the app:

  1. Go to Payroll → My Payslips
  2. Select the month
  3. View your payslip: basic salary, allowances, SSB deduction, income tax deduction, net pay
  4. You can download your payslip as a PDF

👤 View Your Profile

  1. Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner
  2. View your personal details: position, department, start date, NRC, SSB number, bank account
  3. If any detail is incorrect (wrong bank account number, wrong name spelling), contact your HR Manager to correct it

What You CANNOT Do as an Employee

The Employee role has limited access for security reasons. You cannot:

  • ❌ View other employees' salaries or personal information
  • ❌ Approve or modify your own leave requests
  • ❌ Change your own salary or allowances
  • ❌ Access company payroll reports
  • ❌ Add or edit other employees

For any of the above, contact your HR Manager or Super Admin.

Troubleshooting for Employees

ProblemWhat to Do
Cannot log inUse Forgot Password on the login page. If email not found, ask HR to verify your registered email.
GPS clock-in says I'm outside the geofenceCheck your phone's GPS/location is turned on. Move closer to the office entrance. Contact HR if issue persists.
Leave request not showing as approved after 2 daysContact your HR Manager directly — they may not have seen the notification.
Payslip shows wrong amountNote the exact difference and contact your HR Manager with details.
Forgot passwordClick Forgot Password on the login page and follow the email link.

Login: app.myhrnest.com → သင်၏ work email → Forgot Password → password သတ်မှတ်

ဝန်ထမ်းများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သည်:

  • 💰 Payroll → My Payslips → လစာစာရင်း PDF ဒေါင်းလုဒ်နိုင်
